This week, Year 7 & 8 Follow the Dream students attended the Aspiring Leaders Camp in Perth.

Students participated in many leadership activities and discussions that challenged them and promoted their growth both personally and as a group.

Our Follow the Dream students also role modelled for Hedland’s Year 6 Polly Farmer Foundation Learning Club students who were in attendance. Our students helped build their confidence by fostering friendships, which ultimately makes the transition to high school easier.

We learned about working together, speaking up, supporting each other, and how to be a good role model through our everyday choices.

All students represented themselves, their families, and FTD incredibly well. Our students were acknowledged by many for their organisation, respect, and strong leadership skills!
