Mr Zarb and Ms Kelly’s Year 8 Home Economics classes have conducted a practical assessment task – “Design, Produce and Evaluate Your Own Healthy Breakfast”. 

Using their knowledge of the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating, students had to produce an appropriate special event breakfast. These students are doing an excellent job plating such delicious and healthy breakfast plates within a 1-hour class.
