Year 10 Parent/Carer Information Evening

On Wednesday the 8th of May, Hedland Senior High School will be hosting its Year 10 Parent/Carer Information Evening in the Library between 6-7pm.

Information will be provided around the following:

  • The Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) – what it is and the requirements for achievement
  • Pathway options – ATAR, General, VET, Success Program and alternate pathways to university
  • Courses for senior school (Year 11 and 12) – Heads of Learning Area will provide information regarding the courses on offer within their respective Learning Areas
  • How to use Subject Selection Online (SSO)

The Senior Leadership Team will be present to answer any questions that may arise after the presentations.

We hope to see all Year 10 students and their families present. 😊
